- Click on the “Options” menu positioned at the top right corner.
- Choose “More Options”.
- Locate “Manage your account” and click on “View and edit your personal information” link.
- Here Hotmail may ask you to confirm your identity by asking you to re-enter your password.
- Under Account information screen, click on “Registered information” link.
- Notice that under Name, there is a change option.
